IMS Support will soon be making our Self Service Portal available. The Self Service Portal will allow our clients to create, view and manage support tickets online. This enhancement to our support services will compliment our call center by giving our clients an alternate means to initiate and track support incidents. Additionally, the portal will host a searchable knowledgebase of tips, tricks and known resolutions to issues relevant to the EMR and Practice Management solutions we support.
